Your tasks will include:
Developing training programmes for sales staff, assessing training needs;
Preparing training materials (presentations, videos, manuals, instructions);
Conducting trainings, master classes (including on-site) for sales staff;
Conducting product trainings for the company's employees;
Evaluating the effectiveness of training activities (testing, attestations), identifying lagging employees and preparing individual training plans;
Team travelling in the Republic of Uzbekistan (not frequent).
Requirements
You are suitable for us if:
You have experience of working as a training manager from 3 years;
Have experience in developing and implementing training and personnel development programmes;
Have a good command of Russian and Uzbek languages (competent written and oral speech);
Confident user of MS Office.
